Thru-Hole
With the development of technology, the electronic card designs of the products that enter our daily lives have mostly started to contain SMD components. However, Bottom (THT) components are still frequently used. Electronic bottom materials are first cut with their legs in accordance with the PCB and arranged manually by positioning them correctly on the PCB. The soldering process of PCBs, whose typesetting process is completed, is done with a fully automatic Soldering Machine (Crucible). After checking the solder and short circuit of the soldered cards, cutting is done with a fully automatic component leg cutting machine to bring the component leg lengths to the appropriate distance. After this process, electrical and visual checks are made with appropriate test devices, and boxes suitable for the size of the product are prepared and packaged.
